Beginning in December 2001, Fitzhenry and Whiteside will publish a series of 8 full colour paperback books designed for children aged 12 - 14 years.
The books will correlate with intermediate level history curriculum, and provide links to visual arts, science and language studies, and to the Canada: A People's History educational videos and Grades 5-9 Teacher Resource Package.
A separate Teacher's Guide to the book series will be published in spring 2002.
